Welcome to DJ Cash Record Store. These terms govern your use of our digital storefront, fan support purchases, and audio downloads.
01. Direct Fan Support & Store Ownership
DJ Cash Record Store (djcash.com) is owned and operated by DCX Media Group, Inc. (dcxmediagroup.com), publishing and distributing music produced by resident artist DJ CashD / DJ Cash. When you purchase singles or albums on this platform, your contribution directly funds independent music creation, studio production, and future releases without corporate intermediary cuts.
02. Digital Audio Deliverables
Every purchase made through the store entitles you to high-fidelity digital audio master files:
- Studio Master 24-bit Lossless WAV: Uncompressed, full-dynamic-range audio files prepared specifically for audiophiles, Hi-Fi systems, and DJ rigs.
- 320kbps High-Quality MP3: Pristine, fully tagged compressed audio ready for instant playback on any smartphone, portable device, or media player.
Offline Ownership: You are encouraged to download your purchased files immediately to your local device (phone, tablet, computer, or USB drive). Once downloaded, the music is yours to keep and listen to forever without requiring an active internet connection or ongoing subscription.
03. Permitted Personal Use
Your purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to download, store, and privately listen to the audio on any hardware or device you own. This includes:
- Private, non-commercial listening in personal environments (home, headphones, car audio, private gatherings).
- Transferring audio files between your personal devices and personal backup storage.
04. Intellectual Property & Restrictions
All sound recordings, musical compositions, lyrics, album artworks, logos, and related assets available on this site remain the exclusive intellectual property and copyright of DCX Media Group, Inc., DJ Cash, and respective rights holders.
Your purchase does not grant copyright ownership, commercial resale rights, rights to redistribute files on peer-to-peer or public networks, or rights to register the audio with digital fingerprinting or Content ID databases.
05. Customer Music Vault Access
All completed purchases are recorded in your private Customer Music Vault (/my-music/). You can log into your library at any time using a passwordless, secure Magic Link sent to your checkout email address, allowing you to re-download your master files whenever you get a new device.
06. Payments & Pricing
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We also support optional Pay-What-You-Want contributions for fans who wish to offer extra support above the minimum track or album price.
